well my Iphone was stolen about a month ago and I’ve been going insane without it.. now would I be able to purchase an iphone next week and then ..  within the next 30 days when they announce the iphone4g would I be able to return the 3gs pay 10% restock and preorder the Iphone4g?

 

I understand people normally swap phones within the 30 days but I wasn’t sure if it would work with it being a preorder
