I have been looking and it looks like At&t premier costumers get thier Iphone 4s faster than apple or the regular at&t people.. I just ordered my Iphone 4 through Premier today .(7/23/2010)

I ordered 4 iphones for a new family plan on 7/10 through the AT&T Premier site. It said “Attention!” for a few days before it moved to “processing.” On the regular AT&T site, it says my order date is 7/14. I read on some forums that AT&T tries to “keep your spot in line” from your Premier order date but I’m not so sure about that.   For those of you who ordered on Premier or are familiar with the process, which is the “real order date” – the Premier order date or the date it transferred to the regular AT&T website?   Thanks.

So, it seems that people who have an upgrade date anywhere in 2010 are eligible for the regular upgrade price.  However, those of us who have had their 3GS’s for a year and are eligible in Jan or Feb pay $400 more?  How can that be?     If people who have had their contracts a couple of months earlier get $400 off the no-commitment pricing then we should at least be eligible for the early upgrade price ($200 off).  Does that not make sense?

I know the apple ones come from china but where do the regular phones from ATT ship from?   Must be someplace different place. Anyone know where their distribution center is?

I ordered an Iphone 4 at 5:41 EST and got my email confirmation instantly. I ordered it from the Premier website. When I check my order status, the one on the regular ATT website has a different order number than the one on the Premier website and whenever I search by order number on the regular website, it wont find it.   Is this a problem? Or do the regular ATT website and premier website have seperate order numbers and its normal? If not, then what should I do?

I absolutely need a new phone so I am thinking my itouch is broken too so I will buy an iphone. My question is am I eligible for regular prices. Last time I was in my local at&t store the guy told me I was eligible for upgrade in September. I wind up reading a bunch of stuff that doesn’t make any sense regarding upgrades and prices. They say call *NEW# (from your iphone, I called it from a old Cingular phone) And apparently I am eligible for upgrade. It says some thing like ATT can offer a new 2 year contract for $18. So I am wondering if that means I can get the iphone at the regular price (iphone 4 32GB $299) come June 24th. Please clarify this for me.

ok so right now i have an lg shine. im due for an upgrade 11/03/10….i want to know if i can get the regular upgrade price since i currently dont have an iphone. i have wanted an iphone for so long. but i think i have to do an early upgrade price…can anyone help me??

I’m VERY interested in snagging a refurbed 32GB iPhone 3GS, but am curious. I know Apple’s own refurbished hardware always comes with the regular 1 year warranty. Do the AT&T refurbished models as well? Their website only states that “warranty information will be included in the phone package” but gives no specifics.   Thanks! This is the one stumbling block I’m facing in ordering an iPhone and running away from Sprint and my outdated Blackberry Curve. Especially since I’m already well-established in the iPhone OS ecosystem with my iPod touch and iPad… ^_^

I had 2 phones. A regular phone and an iPhone. I canceled my service for the iPhone some time ago and used only the regular phone due to minimal use. Now I would like to use my iPhone once again. Can I take the sim from my regular phone and use it on my iPhone? The sim from the regular phone is marked with a 3G.   Also, I inserted the sim from my regular phone into my iPhone and connected to iTunes. iTunes asked a few security questions and then gave option for the data plan. I am wondering if I should continue to setup the phone? Will it erase everything that is already on my iPhone? Please advise.
