Im in NJ. Ordered a 32gb iphone 4 on 8/7. Paid cash, was given a paper receipt and was told that I would receive a phone call when it came in. The rep said that it was estimated 2 wks, since backordered, but the 32′s had been coming in quicker.

My issue: there’s no order number (other than an invoice #) on the receipt. When I enter my phone # and zip on the website, it says that there’s no match.

Should I be concerned? Or is it just still backordered and that’s why there’s no activity?
So I ordered 2 iphone 4s by phone on the 29th. I was sent an order number that day but when I check it on the website it says it cant find anything. Anyone know why this doesnt work?
Like many of the at&t customers i have been checking my order since ordering around 10:30 a.m on the 15th…however i accidentally ordered two iphones due to the website crashing and not giving out an order number for the first purchase…so i called into at&t and cancelled the second order because it was later in the day that it was placed…while doing so the representative finished processing my first order while on the telephone…however when i checked it my order date had changed to the 16th…and up until June 22 at about 5:00pm it was still saying in progress…BUT NOW I HAVE AN EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE OF JUNE 23 BY 3:00P.M…SO PEOPLE THERE’S STILL HOPE…I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR 7 DAYS FOR THAT STATUS TO CHANGE…GOOD LUCK:smileyhappy:
I updated my iPhone to iOS 4.0 yesterday and switched my data plan to the DataPro 2GB plan as required however, I do not see the option to add tethering on the website and the AT&T rep I spoke to on the phone had no clue. Has anyone been succesful in setting up tethering with iOS 4.0? Thanks.
 I was on the website to see when is my upgrade, and I saw this.. My wife wants to upgrade from a Blackberry to an iPhone, can anyone answer when the $99 price will take affect for the current iPhone models, and will it be available in stores or the website? Thanks
My account says that my phone is eligible to upgrade, but whenever I try to upgrade to a refurbished iPhone it logs me out. I tried going through my account and clicking the “upgrade phone” button, but the refurbished iphones are not on the list that is there. Does this mean that I can’t upgrade my phone to a refurbished one? Or is something just wrong with the website where it is not letting me order it right?
