ive seen most people pay only $218 for their iphone why was i charged $246?  this makes no sence  i live in las vegas

Alright.. my apple order just changed to “prepared for shipment” & although I should be stoked, I’m actually really nervous.  I’ve wanted an iphone for a while now & when my contract expired I waited months for the new iphone to be released.. but now that it has, all I’ve seen are complaints & issues from people.  Is everyone having issues with it? (that’s what it seems like at the apple forums).  If you’ve had issues, have you had any trouble exchanging or returning the phone?  I’m hoping it’s not as bad as it all seems.. mostly because I know a lot of people who have had positive experiences with apple & their iphone products in the past, & because I’m not looking forward to going back to my 3 year old Blackberry hah.

got my iphone 4 yesterday. woke up this morning after charging it all night and the battery was DRAINED by the time i got off work . i was at work from 8 to 5, and probably used my phone for literally 1.5 hours during the day (if even that much) checking email and lookin at some apps. reviews have stated that their iphone 4′s have lasted up to 38 hours with no charge. what gives? do i have a lemon? anyone else had a crappy charge like that?

On the Apple forum, numerous people are reporting their iphone 4s are enroute to them with a delivery date of June 23. Let’s go AT&T! Apple has started, how about you?

a family member has upgraded their iphone and no longer needs their old iphone 3G. Â I’m inclined to purchase the iphone off them and open my own service line using the iphone. Â Is this possible? Â I am not an at&t customer. Â Ideally, I’d like to purchase the iphone, take it to at&t, transfer my line from my current provider, and use the at&t service. Â I DO NOT want to lock into a 2 year service agreement with an old iphone (point being… what happens if it breaks.. its lost… or a new one comes out- don’t want to use a 4 year old iphone one day!). Â So… is it possible to take the used iPhone 3G, open a new line on at&t, and pay month-to-month with NO 2 YEAR BINDING contract?

Can you send ringtones via mms to another iphone user? is it possible?! where a person could use the ringtone on their iphone? Â Â

My friend is giving me their iphone as a birthday present since he no longer uses it. And is now with a different phone and different provider. I’m currently with a sprint provider and my contract is up. When I go to activate the phone and start a plan with at&t will i have to sign a 2 year contract?
