I upgraded and bought a Motorola Backflip, I didn’t like it so i called the premier support and told them i wanted to change it for the iphone 4, the lady told me she was going to send me a shipping label by e-mail so i could send the phone back. She told me to call another number after i talked to her so they could order the iphone for me. Ok so i printed the label and send out the phone back to the at&t warehouse in TX. I called the number she gave me and they said they could order me any other phone except for the iphone. That to get the iphone i had to wait until the phone was received in the at&t warehouse… I was upset because the lady who gave me the shipping label lied to me.. i could of gone to a store and done the exchange there without waiting. So i shipped the phone on the 3rd of Nov. Today is the 11 and they still tell me they don’t see anything in their computer telling them they received the phone. To wait. everyday they say maybe tomorrow we will get it. I asked if i can order the iphone already but they say no.. I am so frustrated and i have though of just canceling the upgrad with at&t and get a phone in another company. 

Has anyone passed trough this? How long did it take for them to receive the phone and reverse the upgrade? 

Can’t they do something fast?

Why is it so hard to get an Iphone! ugh!

 

Hello. We all know Apple’s server crashed on the 15 throughout the day when the pre-orders were up. Anyways, I pre-ordered mine at the ATT store later that day using my CC. I was going to use my debit as a CC but I have another CC for emergency but I never use it unless I really need to. My pre-order went fine and got the receipt using my emergency cc and everything. Long story short, this morning I got a call from my CC telling me that I have some fraudulent charges on my CC. It was showing charges from Rite Aid from out of state and some online store which I never even heard off. Before closing my account I asked her whether if I had anymore charges basides the fraud charges and she said it was from ATT. So I told her to close my account which she did and they’ll be sending me another card in a few days. So my question is – I know ATT is just holding the amount until the phone will be shipped then will my charged my cc. Would it be declined when it’s time to ship since my CC company is sending my a new card with most likely new account #’s? Also I had a feeling that those fraud charges was cause of ATT and Apple’s server crashing down and showing on different people’s info in a different accounts. So whoever used this cc to pre-order make sure you check your activity and wouldn’t  end up getting fraud charges!
