my iphone is going to be suspended next week due to a job loss and inability to pay the bill. When it is suspended, will i still be able to us the ipod function? What about the apps if i can find a place to sign on a wifi network? Does anyone know?

Right now I’m listening to Pandora on my iPhone 4 connected to a wifi network. At 1:03pm, my sent cellular data was 441KB and my received was 1.1MB. At 1:41, sent was 481KB and received still 1.1MB. Why has my phone sent 40KB of data over the past 40 or so minutes when I’m connected to a wifi network? I know I am connected to wifi correctly because I can turn off 3G on the phone and the music keeps on playing, emails keep on coming, etc. Plus, no additional data is being received through all this. Any ideas what is going on that cellular data is being used while I’m connected to wifi?
I’m new to the iPhones. Â I know how to make my phone connect to my local wifi network but how can I connect to AT&T 3G network for data whenever I don’t have access to my wifi network?

So I just got my first iphone today. I didn’t really know how much data I would use so I got the $15 plan for now. My questions are if I’m on a wifi network when I use my iphone does that still use up my 200mb? and my second question is if I notice towards the end of this month that I’m going to go over my limit can I upgrade my plan to the $25 plan?  Thanks! sorry for the noob questions
